Can I use my existing TV?

Yes. If it has an HDMI input and is suitable for the space, we can usually turn it into a ScreenFizz display using our player.

Can you supply a display?

Yes. We can source a suitable new or refurbished commercial display based on your space, budget and opening hours.

Do you install?

Yes. On-site installation is available when required, including mounting and getting the complete setup live.

How quickly can content be updated?

Most straightforward text, price and offer changes can be handled quickly during support hours. Larger design requests may take a little longer.

What happens if the player fails?

We monitor and support the setup remotely. If a player develops a hardware fault, we’ll diagnose it and arrange the appropriate replacement route.

Do I own the hardware?

That depends on the package and quote. Your personalised setup plan will clearly show which hardware is purchased by you and what is included in the service.
