We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools that profile you individually. We may log basic server access data (page requests, error codes) for security and performance monitoring. This data is not tied to your identity.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

- Legal obligation: retaining billing records as required by UK law

- Payment processing: Stripe, for billing (they are PCI-DSS compliant)
- Email delivery: Resend, to send transactional emails on our behalf
- Hosting: our servers are hosted on Render and Supabase within secure, GDPR-compliant data centres
- Legal requirements: if required by UK law, court order, or regulatory authority
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the service.
6. Data Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Access to customer data is restricted to authorised team members only
- We use rate limiting and honeypot techniques to prevent spam and abuse on our contact forms
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Enquiry data: retained for up to 2 years from last contact, then deleted
- Customer account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 6 years (UK accounting requirements)
- Server logs: 90 days, then automatically deleted
